Temporarily Unavailable during renovations. This is an adjacent "sister" apartment to another one of our apartments. You can rent it alone or in combination withe the other apartment. Together they share the entire second floor of an elegant townhouse just off of Park Avenue in the upscale Murray Hill area of Manhattan. The furnishings and floor plans are different so chose the one that you like best.
You will live like a real New Yorker in your own nicely furnished apartment. The separate bedroom has a new queen size. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed.
A small and nicely equipped kitchen gives saves you from eating out 3 times a day. Eat in your P J's on your own timetable.
If you don't feel like cooking just step out side and you will find almost every kind of cuisine that you can imagine. Indulge yourself at some of the famous gourmet restaurants or dine inexpensively at the charming ethnic restaurants in this near it all Center City neighborhood. Or order in and eat in the privacy and comfort of your New York home.
The updated tiled bathroom has a tub with a shower. The apartment is on the second floor of an elegant townhouse on East 30th Street and Park Avenue. There are two flights of stairs. The entrance is marble.
This is a no smoking apartment. Pets are not permitted.

Taxes are 5.875% and $2 a night for stays of 7 nights or more Taxes are 14.75% and $3.50 a night for stays of fewer than 7 nights

In the unlikely event that you must cancel, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook the apartment, a full or partial refund will be made, minus a $250 administration fee.
